“Absolutely lovely”

Wonderful hotel in a great part of the Old City. Great location for good restaurants and bars, but tucked away enough to relax. Additionally, staff very friendly and helpful, relaxing pool, and comfy beds-- couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The breakfast was good as well- especially the french toast :)

“Excellent value”

Great hotel in a perfect location for exploring the city of Chiang Mai. We stayed as a group of travellers so it was luxury for us. Very comfy beds and the pool was great. Touching distance of everything in the city but far enough out the way that the room was peaceful

“Excellent Central Location”

 

My wife and I stayed at Eurana for a week and absolutely loved the care and attention from the staff, the room was clean and tidy, water pressure a little challenging, but that's Chiang Mai. The staff including Mr Berm - the guide and concierge was absolutely brilliant and went out of his way to ensure we had a great time in Chiang Mai, even organised a friend with his tuk tuk to pick us up from the zoo....walked out of the zoo and had a person come up and say that Mr Berm had sent him to pick us up...will definitely stay at Eurana again next time in Chiang Mai.

“Nice pool”

Good location in old city Chiang Mai. Were upgraded the first night when they found out it was our honeymoon. Able to store luggage when doing overnight hill tribe trek. Easily walkable to Sunday night walking street. Pool was great after long hot days! Pretty good selection of buffet breakfast.

“Great location for what I needed.”

I liked the location, it was inside the old part of Chiang Mai a reasonably modern hotel with a swimming pool and decent sized rooms, always cleaned, friendly staff. Step out the front or back entrance and you are in the midst of street life Thailand with laneways ,narrow streets, markets, shops, cafe's, massage parlours, busy pedestrian and vehicle traffic. It's a safe place with Tuk Tuc, taxi, pickup truck taxi plus motorcycle, scooter or car hire places everywhere. If you enjoy walking some distance it's not too far to walk to the the river and take a boat ride.. Joe Barker author of the novel, Changing Pillion.

“Great stay for me & My students”

 

I brought a group of 16 university students from California to Chiang Mai in June 2015 and we happily stayed at the Eurana for 20 nights. We were able to do so because we got in a 65% off sale (~$25/night). I only wanted to stay in the Old City.

I like the look of the hotel and it felt good walking in each time. The lobby is open and attractive, where my group held its meetings. The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient, yet never bothered us or got in our way. The included breakfast buffet each morning was nice and satisfying. The pool was great to have and a nice place to hang out and cool off. There is free wi-fi, though it's somewhat spotty. My room was quite comfortable with good air con, hot water, a little fridge, a comfortable bed, blanket, and pillow.

I'm very glad we stayed at the Eurana and I would be very happy to stay here again with another group. For its level, I thought the Eurana was perfect for what we needed.
